Torrance Houlihan
Founder and Principal, CRC Advisory. A Customer Success executive with 20+ years of experience building customer organizations that drive predictable revenue.
Torrance Houlihan is the founder and principal of CRC Advisory (Customer Revenue Catalyst), which helps growth-stage and private equity-backed companies turn Customer Success into a predictable revenue engine.
Torrance has spent more than 20 years building and leading customer-facing organizations. He joined AgilQuest, a workplace technology company, when it had fewer than 10 employees, and over two decades built its Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Professional Services, and Training teams while serving as Product Owner and, ultimately, Chief Experience Officer, through a successful private equity acquisition.
At Tango Analytics, a PE-backed enterprise SaaS company, he built the Customer Success organization and led it through four acquisitions, sustaining gross retention in the high 90s and net revenue retention above 105%, before being promoted to VP of Strategic Initiatives to lead transformation across the full customer lifecycle.
Over his career, he has served customers including global professional services firms, financial institutions, healthcare systems, law firms, and more than 20 U.S. federal agencies. Torrance began his career in management consulting with Accenture and Renaissance Solutions. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in International Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University, and is certified as an AI Expert (Section AI) and in Winning by Design's GTM methodology.
